And maybe edible, too. Who knows?

A funny thing happened just yesterday. I bothered to glance at the manual for the new camera and discovered I had the thing on the wrong setting. Silly me.

The next set of photos should be much better.

Or maybe I'm just flattering myself.

Sincerely, what's up with that?

Beautiful.

*single tear of USDA Hardiness Zone 6b homesickness slips down right cheek*

Yeah, well, the thing about that is, well, all of us down here in USDA Zone 6b were sorry to see you go.

But the way I figure it, our loss is USDA Zone 5a’s gain.

And chez Althouse has never been in better hands.

And that is, indeed, an encouraging thought.

So fare thee well, brother gardener, fare thee well.

Madison is a little dollop of zone 5a maple syrup in a big bowl of zone 4b oatmeal.
